A rental day is defined as anywhere between 8:00AM - 6:00PM, not 24 hours- unless you rent for multiple days. E-bikes must be back to the store by 6PM, (unless you have rent for multiple days). If you need an early pick-up or late drop-off for full-day rentals, let us know and we will work with you.

• Ride From Our Store: Pick up your e-bikes and ride away from our shop. • Delivery: We deliver anywhere within a 5km radius for an additional fee. If you are renting our e-bikes for multiple days, we will deliver and pick them up at any home or AirBnB at no charge. Call the store to arrange delivery.
YES! Many clients rent our e-bikes for multiple days and or the entirety of their vacation. You choose the number of days you would like to rent the e-bikes and they are yours to enjoy. We offer free delivery for e-bikes rented for multiple days.
We are open 7 days a week (from September to February) from 8:00AM-6:00PM and you choose your pick-up and drop-off times in that window. If you need an early pick-up or late drop-off for full-day rentals, let us know and we will work with you.
Always better to have a reservation just in case it is a busy day. Many days we rent out every bike in the store.
Cancel Anytime: We understand that plans sometimes change and if they do you can cancel your reservation at no charge up to 24hr prior to the rental date. No refunds after that time frame.
Our e-bikes can be rented for anyone 16 years and older. However, any rider between 16-17 years old must have an adult with them.
We are not going to weigh you, but the weight capacity of our e-bikes is 350 lbs. However, please know the range and speed of the bikes will vary based on the weight of the rider.
Our e-bike go a long way, up to 20 mph with a battery range of up to 55-60 mi before needing to recharge. The riding range varies based on the weight of the rider, terrain, and amount of pedaling.
